I got great value for my money at the Park Hotel. The room was spacious, fresh, and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The central location was convenient, and the staff were friendly, kind, polite, and went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable.
The breakfast option could have been better with more variety and vegetarian options available.

I always stay at Watermark Hotel Brisbane as I find it convenient to the city for shopping. Just across the street there is the Roma Street Park where I can go for a walk each morning. The staff are always friendly and very willing to help in any way they can.

The hotel was lovely small in general, had amazingly nice staff from check-in to check-out. The restaurant here was AVERAGE for dinner and breakfast, we both ordered wonderful dishes. There were free Wi-Fi and a balcony. The location was particularly good and easy, you can visit Rock by walking.

The location was great, in the best area to explore Brisbane, it's a plus. Plus, it was close to the restaurant, where the food was very tasty and the staff were delightful.

Very Quiet, Close to City, Good food and service.
The taps over the bath were a problem. They were down low and it was quite hard not to get wet hair as you adjusted the hot and cold water. They certainly need attention. They need to be moved up higher.

The reception staff without doubt.
Room Service was the only negative. Called three times until phone rang out with no response. Fourth call to Reception, who took my order and passed it on. Arrived fairly quickly, but food below average. Shame

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the included breakfast. The location in front of the wonderful Roma park was a definite highlight, with great views from the rooms and even a balcony in some. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The room itself had a comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Very little
Acceptance of staff allowing guests in with crates of beer / wine and bottles of spirits for consumption in their rooms. Acceptance of staff allowing guests in soaking wet from the pool, across the lobby and into the lift, making the floor and lift floor wet and slippery. Allowing guests to smoke right outside the front entrance.

Room was very noisy- alot of street noise and from the bar below. A shame as I had an exam at uni the next day with hardly any sleep!! Returning Sunday and hoping for a better room!!

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to South Bank Parklands, and the restaurant offers reasonably priced meals, with an exceptionally good breakfast and high occupancy rates.
